已與DHL簽定全球服務合約之帳號客戶(限使用電子式提單)
DHL account customer with valid contract (Only accept E-AWB)

若非企業帳號客戶，請使用DHL文件便利封(限裝紙張)或貨件便利袋(限裝非文件商品)寄送，寄送選項請至7-Eleven代收服務專區。
For other customers, please use DHL Express Envelope (paper contents only)/Flyer Standard (Non-document only), or go to 7-Eleven shipping service homepage for more options.

代收服務注意事項 Service Notice

文件與貨件皆可代收 Document and Parcel are accepted
使用本服務委託統一超商代收，其完成包裝後之材積及尺寸，需符合統一超商規定，若交寄商品超出規定，門市人員保有拒絕收件權力
Parcel size after packing must comply with 7-Eleven regulation. If the size exceeds the regulation, the store clerk retains the right to refuse to accept the shipment.
材積與重量限制：最長邊 =< 45 cm、長+寬+高合計 =< 105 cm、重量 =< 5 kg
Parcel size: Max Length =< 45 cm、Length+Width+Height =< 105 cm、Max Weight =< 5 kg
提醒您，適逢例假日與國定假日或超過當天截件時間，DHL取件時間均順延至下一個營業日
Please note : when collection falls on weekend and public holiday or exceeds cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
為確保飛航安全，所有透過DHL合作代收通路寄送之文件/貨件，DHL人員將會於DHL服務中心進行拆箱檢查，拆箱過程將會全程錄影存證，以保障雙方權益。
In order to ensure flight safety, all document/parcel sent through DHL collection channel will be unpacked and inspected at DHL service center. The process will be recorded to protect the rights and interest of both parties.
